How bookings work

A booking on Sparrow is a confirmed agreement between you and a vendor for a specific date and service.

Booking flow

• •You send a booking request to a vendor
• •The vendor reviews and accepts (or proposes changes)
• •Both parties confirm — the booking is now active
• •Deposit and final payment are tracked through the booking

Booking statuses

• •Pending — request sent, awaiting vendor response
• •Confirmed — both parties have agreed
• •Complete — service delivered, booking closed
• •Cancelled — booking was cancelled by either party

Contracts

Once a booking is confirmed, you can upload or request a contract directly through the booking thread. All communications and documents stay in one place.
