These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sparrow wedding planning platform operated at sparrowvp.com ("Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. About Sparrow
Sparrow is an all-in-one virtual wedding planning platform that connects couples, wedding planners, and vendors. It provides tools for event management, vendor coordination, guest lists, budgets, timelines, messaging, and more.
2. Eligibility
To use Sparrow, you must:
- •Be at least 18 years of age
- •Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- •Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Types
Sparrow offers three account types:

Couple and Vendor accounts require admin approval before full access is granted. We reserve the right to approve or reject any account at our discretion.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- •Keeping your password confidential
- •All activity that occurs under your account
- •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.4 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
4.1 Couple Subscription Tiers
Couples must subscribe to access platform features:

| Tier 1 | $29 / mo | Basic access — checklist, vendor browsing, resources, and downloads |
| Tier 2 | $49 / mo | Full access — messaging, events, budget, timeline, bookings, appointments, calendar, contracts, design board, and full vendor contact |
| Tier 3 | $69 / mo | Premium — guest management, wedding website, and advanced timeline with vendor assignment |
4.2 Vendor Subscription
Vendors pay a monthly subscription fee to maintain their profile and access platform features.
4.3 Billing
- •Payments are processed by Stripe and charged monthly
- •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- •All prices are in USD
4.4 Cancellation
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- •Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- •No refunds are issued for partial months
4.5 Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- •Impersonate another person or entity
- •Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- •Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without permission
- •Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited messages
- •Interfere with the Platform's operation or infrastructure
- •Share your account credentials with others
6. User Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform (photos, documents, messages, etc.).
6.2 License to Sparrow
By uploading content, you grant Sparrow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.
6.3 Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that:
- •Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
- •Contains nudity, violence, or hate speech
- •Is defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading
- •Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
7. Vendor Conduct
Vendors agree to:
- •Provide accurate and truthful information about their services
- •Honor agreed-upon bookings and pricing
- •Communicate professionally with couples and planners
- •Not misrepresent their experience, credentials, or availability
Sparrow is a platform only and is not responsible for vendor services, disputes, or the quality of work delivered.
8. Planner Conduct
Planners are added to the Platform by invitation only. Planners agree to:
- •Maintain professional conduct with all assigned couples
- •Keep event details confidential
- •Not solicit clients outside the Platform for services offered through Sparrow
9. Messaging & Communications
Messages sent through the Platform are stored and may be reviewed by Sparrow for safety and compliance purposes. Do not share sensitive information such as passwords, financial account numbers, or government ID through the messaging system.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, design, software, logos, and trademarks are the property of Sparrow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
11.2 By Sparrow
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:
- •Violate these Terms
- •Engage in fraudulent activity
- •Pose a risk to other users or the Platform
Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
12. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sparrow does not warrant that:
- •The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- •Any vendor will fulfill their obligations to you
- •The Platform will meet your specific requirements
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- •Loss of data
- •Failed vendor bookings or services
- •Unauthorized access to your account
- •Any errors or interruptions in service
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sparrow, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- •Your use of the Platform
- •Your violation of these Terms
- •Content you upload or transmit through the Platform
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sparrow operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
