Finding and inviting vendors

Sparrow's vendor marketplace lets you browse, compare, and book wedding professionals all without leaving the platform.

Browsing the marketplace

Go to Vendors and use the search and filters to find vendors by category, location, and availability. Each vendor has a profile with their portfolio, pricing, and reviews.

Sending a booking request

• •Open a vendor's profile
• •Click "Request Booking"
• •Select your event date and add a message
• •The vendor will be notified and can accept or propose an alternative time

Inviting vendors you already know

If you're already working with a vendor who isn't on Sparrow, you can invite them by email. They'll receive an invitation to join and connect with your event.
