The checklist and timeline work together to keep your planning on track from engagement to wedding day.
The checklist
Sparrow pre-populates your checklist with standard wedding planning tasks, grouped by how far out from your wedding date they should happen. You can add custom tasks, mark tasks complete, and assign due dates.
The timeline
The timeline shows your wedding day schedule — when each vendor arrives, ceremony and reception times, and any custom events you add. Share it with your vendors so everyone knows the plan.
Keeping both in sync
When you confirm a vendor booking, they're automatically added to your timeline. Checklist tasks related to that vendor are also updated to reflect their confirmed status.
