Contracts and agreements

Contracts can be shared and stored directly within a booking thread on Sparrow.

Sharing a contract

Either party can upload a contract file (PDF) to the booking thread. The other party receives a notification and can download it from the thread.

Sparrow does not generate contracts

Sparrow is a platform for communication and organisation — it does not create or legally execute contracts. Vendors should prepare their own contracts and share them through the booking thread.

Keeping records

All files uploaded to a booking thread are stored and accessible to both parties for the lifetime of the booking. Download copies for your own records.
