Confirming a booking

A booking becomes confirmed when both the couple and the vendor have agreed to the arrangement.

For couples

After a vendor accepts your request, the booking is confirmed. You'll receive a notification and the booking appears in your Bookings list as "Confirmed".

For vendors

To confirm a booking, open the booking request and click "Accept". The couple is notified immediately and the date is blocked in your availability calendar.

After confirmation

Once confirmed, use the booking thread to finalise details, share contracts, and manage invoices. All communication stays within the booking record.
