Your Bookings list shows the payment status for every active booking at a glance.
Payment statuses
- •No invoice sent — booking confirmed but no invoice yet
- •Invoice sent — awaiting payment from the couple
- •Deposit paid — deposit confirmed, final balance outstanding
- •Paid in full — all payments confirmed
Viewing payment history
Open any booking and scroll to the invoice section to see the full payment history — every invoice sent, amount, date, and confirmation status.
