Getting started as a vendor on Sparrow

Sparrow gives vendors a professional home to manage bookings, communicate with clients, and grow their business.

1. Create your vendor account

Sign up at sparrowvp.com and select "Vendor" as your account type. Choose your vendor category (e.g., Photography, Catering, Florals) during registration.

2. Complete your profile

Add your portfolio, pricing, bio, and availability. A complete profile is more likely to appear in couple searches. See "Completing your vendor profile" for a full guide.

3. Set your availability

Open the Calendar section and mark the dates you're available and unavailable. Couples can see your availability before sending a booking request.

4. Wait for your first booking

When a couple sends you a booking request, you'll receive a notification immediately. You can accept, decline, or propose an alternative arrangement.
