A complete vendor profile builds trust with couples and improves your visibility in the Sparrow marketplace.
Profile essentials
- •Business name and bio (describe your style and approach)
- •Profile photo and portfolio images
- •Service categories and pricing tiers
- •Location and service area
- •Contact details
Portfolio
Upload your best work — photos, videos, or both. High-quality images are the single biggest factor in whether couples reach out. Aim for at least 10 images.
Pricing
Add your service packages and starting prices. You don't need to list exact figures — a "Starting from" price is enough to help couples know if you're in their budget before reaching out.
Keeping it updated
Update your profile when your pricing changes, you add new services, or after a busy season with new portfolio work. An outdated profile can lead to inquiries for services you no longer offer.
