Setting up your guest list

The guest list lets you manage every guest — from invitations to RSVPs to seating — all in one place.

Adding guests

• •Go to Guests in your dashboard
• •Click "Add Guest" and enter name, email, and any notes
• •You can also import guests from a CSV file

Tracking RSVPs

When guests RSVP through your wedding website, their status updates automatically. You can also manually update RSVP status for guests who respond by phone or email.

Meal preferences

If your venue requires meal choices, you can collect preferences when guests RSVP. Your guest list will show a breakdown of meal selections.

Guest groups

Organize guests into groups (Family, Friends, Work, etc.) to make it easier to manage large lists and send targeted communications.
