Keeping your Sparrow account secure protects your personal details, event data, and vendor communications.

Use a strong password

Choose a unique password you don't use elsewhere. A password manager can help you generate and store strong passwords securely.

Watch for phishing

Sparrow will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Sparrow, do not click any links — report it to support@sparrowvp.com.

Log out on shared devices

If you access Sparrow from a shared or public device, always log out when you're done. Your session remains active until you explicitly log out or it expires.
